Hey bloggers! So I started a new sketchbook recently and I just wanted to share these new pages with you guys!
As I mentioned before, I'm really trying to do sketches that tell stories...
a couple of small gestures...
really tried to exaggerate this guy's MASS...

I just found your blog via finding you on twitter, and I love your sketchbook posts! It definitely makes me want to sketch more too.
In this one, I think the first page with color (2nd from bottom) is my favorite. What do you used when you're out sketching for color -- is that watercolor? Do you bring a lot of things out with you? I always feel like I'm bringing my whole house with me.
Hey Jaclyn! Thanks so much! Yes, I use watercolors. I have a portable windsor newton set that I picked up at a local art store. It makes sketching in public very easy and not cumbersome at all. Hope you are doing well and keep sketching!
