At the Marina...Part I

This weekend, my wife and I took a walk around the marina. The weather was excellent. You could see all the way to San Francisco, the sun was out and the usual cold Bay Area chill was nowhere to be found. In other words, it was perfect sketching weather! I took my watercolors with me and drew a bunch of rocks by the water.

Enjoy everyone!!

Hi Chris, many thanks for commenting on my blog! I'm so glad I found yours because I'm a huge fan of loose energetic line with watercolors. Really nice work you have here and looking forward to seeing more!

Chris!

How are you? You've got some amazing stuff on here, love your gesture drawings and your watercolor and pen and ink sketches. Very inspiring, I think I'm gonna take some time off this afternoon and go sketch myself! Hope all is well, check out the ol' blog if you get a chance!

Sitting outside and drawing form the beauty of nature is one of my favorite things to do. You capture a life essence here in your painting, nice work.
