Out in the sun

Happy Monday Bloggers! This is another character that I saw while sketching the other day....He was this old dude who had such leathery, weather beaten skin who was sitting outside soaking up MORE SUN (like he needed it!!!)

Enjoy!

some people have drugs or religion
this guy has SUN!

the modulated colors are nice.
do you paint the local colors
and let them dry- then apply the shade? - or is it an all at once free-for-all?

nice control.

astro-thanks for the link.!!!

goobeetsablog-Yes, I've met my share of people who love their sunbathing! Yup, I usually just do the individual colors for the different parts of the body then wait a bit to throw on some darker tones..Since I'm working with watercolors, it kinda needs a few seconds to dry anyway. Hope this helps:)

Shannon-sure thing man! And I love the stuff on your blog...just wish you'd post more often!!
